Please stop buffing stalkers and please fix the t-storm exploit with espers. This will be the 5th patch that stalkers have had their damaged increased. They're already unkillable in BGs. Should everyone just roll a stalker and call it a day?

I guess you can't read. We lost 19% Dmg increase on our stance, which is a lot and I guess to balance this they buffed impale. Not sure if stalkers do more dmg now, I have to test it later

Where are all the Spellslinger notes? Are we not getting the them like the rest of the classes? Or are these only the current fixes on the PTR... because we might have some masses rioting if that's the ONLY fix coming through to this class.

Too all the people complaining about stalker buffs: The damage increase on spells / AP increase from brutality is just to make up for the removed damage increase on DPS stances.

Uh..no..that should be taken care of by the fact that their claws now have AP/SP amounts equal to SS/Espers etc.

Warriors didn't get any boosts to skills because they had their DPS stance changed, neither did Engineers.

I'm not on the PTR though so I can't say for sure if the damage is actually more or less than now, but to my eyes, I see a buff as none of the other tank classes got any boosts to their skills despite having their weapons/tank stances changed the same way as Stalkers.

-18% is gone from stalkers innate.
-5% AP from Brutality Amp (an absolute requirement for all dps stalkers)

We should wait and see before we jump to conclusions.

Countered by AP/SP on Claws being on par with DPS classes now, plus more AP per stat point and more AP per milestone now.

Like I said, I'm not on the PTR, but Warrior and Engineers had no damage increases on any of their abilities and had the same AP/SP scaling and DPS stance nerfs as Stalkers.  Need someone to test heh.

Edit: Hmm..actually it says only Warrior and Engineers get the increased milestone and stat things...weird.  That could explain the stalker damage increases although I don't know why the wouldn't just do the same thing to all tanks, unless Stalkers already had higher milestone numbers than War/Engi?  I haven't looked at what they get.

Bear in mind that this is the FIRST patch, there's more to come. They also said bloodthirst was going to change (stalkers) and it didn't in this patch, so there's more patches to come in the PTR that will normalize warrior and engi damage.

I guess they wanted to do it one at a time.

Give them a chance...Engineer hasn't had it's AMPs reworked either, my guess is SS and Engi will get an AMP rework in line with others and they will go into the PTR when ready, without that they'll be too powerful and scale far more than other classes with AP/SP.

No one's amps were "reworked", they were just adjusted for a new AP/SP system.

Still plenty of dead amps that no one wants to pick up because they're just not worth it, for all classes.

Yea plenty of dead AMPs, Esper's Humanity just got binned basically because they reworked the Reap ability but that's not what the discussion was.  It was about the SS AMPs...they will be done in a future PTR patch I'm sure.

Scientist portal would have to be instant if that is the case. Another point is SS are the lowest DPS in dungeons and yet we only have 2 lines in our patch notes, really ?????
