With all these rune changes, I'm hoping/assuming that there will be an easier way to manage our runes.

I'm talking about a way to rearrange, remove, or reorganize runes.   There has been multiple times I've gotten a peice with 1 rune set and wanted to completely shift everything around to get the most optimal stat and runeset combinations.  This is going to be especially true when the rune changes go live and I have more runeslots and more rune options, I'd probably want to entirely redo my runes from scratch but I'd be losing the ones that I already have.

Is there any chance you're going to change the Tech FIre Starter Rune of Critical into a Tech rune? Just wondering why it is different from the Technophile set.

Spellweaver
Air – Finesse
Earth - Brutality

As an esper DPS, this kind of bugs me. There are no assault power runes (which are the best stat) for spellweaver. There are multiple assault power runes for the weapon specialist set, which is the physical damage equivilent of spellweaver.

Could we get some assault power runes for spellweaver?

The same goes for Technophile (unless I missed something) so yeah, some balance between these sets perhaps?

As it stands medics can put Technophile in Earth (But why would you, since Tech is better), Air (But Finesse/Resist Tech sucks, especially with Air now offering AP), Fire (With Brut/Crit again losing against AP and there being multiple Tech runesets) and well no offense, but what DPS would take a rune of grit? This only leaves logic as the decent option for Technophile for Medics, since that has Tech. All other slots have 10x better options.

I'm going to have to second this, whats up with Technophile?  As it is, I only get it on my Engineer in Air slots, but now that I have Assault Power options that aren't Technophile in Air I am even less likely to go after that set bonus.  Its not nearly as important for me as it is for Medics, but it would be nice to have some Assault Power options, and Finesse options outside of Air.

And are those Fusion slots correct?  You are adding General Set options to Fusion?  I feel like that list is going to be rather anemic, with only one Technophile and one Team Player.

Whoa, yeah, that's not right. Team Player is getting Earth - Support Power and Technophile is getting Air - Support Power.

This is great and all, but I was hoping for more information on the actual sets themselves. Most of the sets suffer from sub-optimal bonuses, not a lack of specific stats or rune element choice.

Believe me, I'm tickled to see Fusion Guard now be available on every single rune element choice, but the fact the 20-set bonus is completely useless for tanks is still disappointing. Hoping to see new, juicy buffed bonuses to sets like that to actually make these sets truly exciting.

Ouch, only place for Moxie or AP as an Esper still seems limited.  Fire, Fusion, and now Air.  Was really hoping Sight Beyond Sight picked up another spot for PvP Power though as a PvP DPS Esper.  Life still sucks, a lot.  Still good changes for most other classes though so that's good.   Maybe if Concentrated Assault wasn't so iffy, I'm not sure if that root is on an immunity timer.

I'm liking the changes. However,

Weapon Specialization gets Assault power from Air and Fire and gets either brutality from water or finesse from life

Hard rock (the elder version of weapon spec) doesn't get any assault power from any of the pieces, can only get crit severity from earth and logic, can only get health from fire.

Hard rock seems runed more for tanks for some reason than actual physical dps

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but it would be nice if we could swap runes around to get better priority benefit from the ones on our gear.

Example:
Current chest has Air, Earth,Fire. This means Air gets the most benefit from being the first Rune slot. Earth gets 66% ( thrown in number) and fire being the 3rd locked receives 22% ( again, just a random number for the example).

*player shifts rune priority on chest to : Fire, earth, Air*
bonuses now : Fire gets full rune bonus, Earth gets the 66%, and air gets the 22%.

It would be really nice if we could do this ( unless you intend to remove the reduction on runes entirely?)

Can we get an update on Tough Chasis rune set for engineer? It doesn't increase assault power or support power like it says.

These are fantastic balancing changes RNG-wise speaking. I hope devs are aware that this is an urgent change, long needed.

It is nice to see all of these changes, however the information by itself is honestly useless to us in its current state as we have no idea of what kind of time table we are looking at. While I realize this isnt something that is going to happen tomorrow, a general idea on when we can expect these changes to start rolling out would be greatly appreciated.
